AXILAND WHOLESALE — TERMS OF SALE Version 2026-09-19 · Crystax Inc, dba Axiland · Los Angeles, California These terms apply to every order placed through your Axiland wholesale account. Where they differ from the retail policies on axiland.com, these terms win. 1. YOUR ACCOUNT Wholesale accounts are for businesses buying for resale or for their own production. We approve each account by hand. Your prices are confidential to your account — please do not publish or share them. 2. PRICES Prices are per pack, in US dollars, delivered to your address in the United States. Some items have a minimum order in packs, shown on the item. Freight, duty and customs are already included — we are the importer of record. The price you see when you place an order is fixed for that order. Sales tax applies unless we hold a valid resale certificate for your state. 3. MADE TO ORDER Factory orders are made for you in China and travel in our consolidated shipments. Orders are grouped in windows: the sea window normally closes on the 15th of each month and the express window every Friday, at 11:59 pm Los Angeles time, and we may extend a window. The closing date is the date we plan production and shipping around. It is not a shipping or arrival date, and we cannot give a firm one. Your order goes to the factory the day your deposit clears. 4. PAYING - Deposit: 50% of the order, or the full amount if you prefer. - Balance: due before your goods leave our Los Angeles warehouse. Nothing ships until the order is paid in full. - Bank transfer is the standard way to pay and has no fee. Quote your order number (WS-…) as the payment reference. - You can choose to pay by card when you place the order. We email a card invoice, and it adds a 3% card processing fee on the amount paid by card. - If your deposit is not paid in full when your window closes, your order moves to the next window of the same lane. It is not cancelled. 5. CANCELLING - Before your deposit clears: cancel at no cost. - After your deposit clears: the goods are in production and the order cannot be cancelled. - If we cannot fulfil an order, we refund everything you paid on it and tell you why. - Made-to-order goods cannot be returned, except as described in section 7. 6. DELIVERY Express typically arrives 8–15 days after it ships, sea 40–60 days. These are estimates, not guarantees: factories, sailings and customs can move them, and we are not liable for delay. We ship from Los Angeles to the address on your order; keeping it current is up to you. Risk passes to you on delivery. 7. CHECKING YOUR GOODS Please check your shipment on arrival. Tell us within 10 business days about a shortage, a wrong item or a manufacturing defect, with photos and your order number. We will replace the goods on a later shipment or credit your account. Small colour and finish differences between production runs are normal and are not a defect. Our liability on any order is limited to what you paid for it. 8. ACCOUNT CREDIT Credit on your account is spent on goods. It does not expire, it is not paid out as cash, and it cannot be moved to another account. 9. REWARDS Wholesale orders do not earn retail reward points. 10. CHANGES We may update these terms. A new version applies only to orders placed after you accept it — never to an order already placed. We record your acceptance with the version, the date and the IP address. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California; the courts of Los Angeles County have jurisdiction.
